At night, a disturbance outside Koramangala's popular pub, one of Bengaluru's busiest nightlife and IT hubs, drew the attention of passers-by after a woman allegedly under the influence of alcohol raised a fuss in the city's streets.
The incident took place at Koramangala police station on Sunday night, and the verbal argument spread to a noisy verbal fight on public roads, the police said.
Argument Outside Pub Escalates
According to preliminary information, she and a man who accompanied her had just left a pub close to Koramangala. What started with a small argument was reported as a little dispute that quickly turned into a heated one.
Witnesses said the woman lost her composure during the exchange and began shouting on the roadside, attracting the attention of nearby pedestrians, motorists and shopkeepers.
Crowd Gathers at the Spot
A crowd gathered outside the pub to watch everything happen, and the people who were there stopped to watch. Traffic was briefly stopped in the vicinity as people watched it happen.
Several people attempted to calm the situation before police arrived.
