Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) announced that it is developing 2,400 additional special buses in addition to the usual fleet of special buses to handle the expected increase in passenger demand during the coming festival period and the long weekend period.
The special bus services were planned in view of Gauri-Ganesha celebrations, the weekend holidays on September 12 and 13, and Ganesh Chaturthi on September 14.
