According to the latest updates released by the board, the overall pass percentage for the Maharashtra SSC Result 2026 stands at 92.09%. More than 16 lakh students appeared for the Class 10 board examinations conducted across the state this year.

The SSC examinations were held between February 20 and March 18, 2026, at various examination centres across Maharashtra. Following weeks of anticipation among students and parents, the results were announced online through multiple official portals.

Students can access their results using their seat number and mother’s first name through the official websites, including MSBSHSE Official Portal, Mahresult Portal and SSC Result Portal.

Reports also stated that around 179 students secured a perfect score of 100 per cent in this year’s examinations, highlighting exceptional performances across the state.

Last year, the Maharashtra SSC examination recorded a pass percentage of 94.10%, slightly higher than this year’s overall result. Despite the minor drop, education experts say the 2026 performance remains strong considering the large number of candidates who appeared for the exam.

The board has also announced that students dissatisfied with their marks can apply for photocopies of answer sheets and re-evaluation procedures through the official channels. Detailed guidelines regarding supplementary exams and rechecking processes are expected to be released shortly.

Meanwhile, heavy traffic was reported on the official websites soon after the result announcement due to lakhs of students attempting to access their scores simultaneously. Authorities advised students to remain patient and use alternative result platforms if the primary website becomes slow or temporarily inaccessible.
