Aishwarya, daughter of BJP MLA Suresh Gowda, has not been granted bail on charges of the attack on female Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) Savita. The court has taken the decision, which has raised questions in Mandya district about the incident of a police officer being attacked.
The case was registered at Kyathanahalli Police Station after the incident where PSI Savita was allegedly assaulted. After the registration of the case, senior police officials investigated, with an inquiry conducted by the Mandya Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) into the circumstances.

The counter-complaint filed by Aishwarya is also important.
