A product for people working night shifts in IT companies, business process outsourcing (BPO) firms, and other corporate offices, it is to guarantee that quality food is available even in the early morning.

Food Delivery from 10 PM to 5 AM
The Late Night Eats service will be available from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily and will allow employees to order meals during their overnight shifts. Unlike services that are limited to a few metropolitan cities, Swiggy has expanded its service to 30 major cities in India.
The service will cover more than 4,000 corporate offices and will be available through more than 30,000 partner restaurants. And as a result of this coverage, even when working in large business parks and technology hubs, employees in the company can get meals even late at night.
Popular Restaurant Chains Join the Initiative
Swiggy has teamed up with several leading restaurant chains and is now providing food choices that customers can order from Burger King, Domino's Pizza, McDonald's, KFC, and Subway, as well as various regional and local restaurant partners.
The expanded restaurant network offers users multiple dining options ranging from fast food and snacks to complete meals, beverages, and healthier alternatives.
2 AM Club’s Late-Night Availability
One of the novel features of the new initiative is the ‘2 AM Club’, which is a brand-new category in the Swiggy app.
This section focuses on restaurants that remain open until at least 2:00 AM so that customers can rest assured that they will still get food during late-night hours. The feature decreases uncertainty and allows the user to quickly find restaurants serving food at late-night hours.
There is a special 'Desk-Eats' menu for busy professionals with a busy lifestyle.
Because many employees still work while eating, Swiggy has also introduced a dedicated “Desk-Eats” menu for convenience.
The menu includes:
One-Handed Grabs, such as wraps and rolls, can be eaten while working. Healthy Nibbles, including salads and healthy bowls for health-conscious professionals. Sip-Tastic Fuel, coffee-based, smoothies-related, and shakes— to keep employees awake at night. Stress Munchies, like fries and light snacks, for quick breaks. Teamwork Bites, offering pizzas and shared meals for office teams.
These special meals are intended to meet the specific needs of those employees with limited time for meals.
Demand Rising Beyond Metro Cities
According to Swiggy data, nearly 25% of corporate office food orders are taken after 10 PM. Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Hyderabad are still the cities that are generating huge demand, but the company has seen a quick growth in late-night orders from Tier-2 cities as well.
Bhubaneswar, Kochi, Goa, Lucknow, Visakhapatnam, and Ahmedabad are seeing increasing demand for overnight food delivery services. Technology companies, multinational companies, and customer support centers in India's emerging urban markets are growing as well.

In reference to the initiative, Deepak Maloo, Vice President of Food Strategy at Swiggy, said the company developed the service considering the changing work schedules of professionals working globally. He said many employees stay in offices until the early hours of the morning and often struggle to find quality meals.
Swiggy is trying to solve this by delivering food quickly, reliably, and at competitive prices, but it will expand the service in the future.
Many corporate employees have welcomed the initiative. Night shift workers say fresh meals at night are more convenient, as well as help in maintaining energy and productivity during demanding work schedules.
