An unemployed nurse is in critical condition in India after allegedly eating phenyl outside the residence of Uttarakhand's Health Minister in a shocking incident that has drawn attention to concerns of job and public grievances.
Kiran Rawat was identified as the woman in the incident. Uttarakhand Police said she was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital.
