Prathichaya on OTT: Where to Watch Nivin Pauly and Balachandra Menon’s Political Thriller

Finally, the Malayalam thriller is now available digitally on Prathichaya. Through the gripping storyline and Nivin Pauly's work, Balachandra Menon's work, which draws a lot of attention to the headlines, many will appreciate its plot, as do fans.

When it was first released in theatres, it enjoyed a short run, and then it appeared on Amazon Prime Video. And that was comforting for all aspects of India, indeed, the whole world. OTT release is a big boost for the movie as a result.

Such an audience of politically minded dramas with rounded characters, character relationships and story arcs places the film and its ambassadors among several different works.

Prathichaya is directed by an aspiring director who actually has great potential for what politics, corruption and personal morality can do. In its development of a rising political figure, headed by Nivin Pauly, rather than the story of any story about a young person, from ambition to the moral crises, moral dilemmas, in certain ways that don't make you a hypocrite, is the plot of one of its story arcs.

Balachandra Menon, who is among the actors and directors doing work on the project, is another key link to bring some extra significance to his depiction. This is the job where a more mature performance serves to demonstrate that he has not only made out his way but does what it takes to be in their business.

It’s a reason a lot of other films deserve special mention: it shows a very well-reasoned take on these political events; and the story behind them, from that angle, is a real dealing with reality behind the scenes, which is used for power structures generation. It’s really about how people navigate the murky waters of politics, transformed into an attempt at making awkward changes that strain their values and relationships.

The script includes plenty of goodwill, smart writing, intricate techniques of narrative, and exceedingly tense moments that hold suspenseful tension. It’s brilliant in what Nivin Pauly shows himself to be, a front that is not just the stage performance and has far-reaching reach; he takes this new and intense, much wider role, a departure from his classic role. He has been highly influential in character development and film portrayal.

This movie could have used Balachandra Menon for the anchoring act, who had that trademark poise and skill, but technically, this was a great deal of cinematography that not only allowed us to make it through the dimensions of government but to capture a gritty version of what politics really looked like. And you have an ambient score that sets the mood for a sense of urgency; you’re always on high, even outside.

On everyone’s end, Prathichaya is a good one for both a Malayalam film-goer and/or a political drama fan. (It gets its OTT on Amazon Prime Video, which, by creating a larger number of consumers that weren’t watching the movie when theaters were offering in theatres, has given the film appeal among a new generation of cinema and political dramas.)

With an effective story, excellent acting, timely and urgent themes, and a plot of engaging character drama, alongside relevant themes and high quality, *Prathichaya* surely can make your face instantly recognisable on screen. Prathichaya will be able to reach many more audiences in the digital stage in general, and a larger audience is probably reachable. If you can withstand quite some Nivin Pauly or some sort of political thriller, and I can make no bones about it, I suspect that's one more flick to see.
