With its Gothic sensibility and dark humor, the hit-series is shifting scenery in entirely new places including the French capital. Star Jenna Ortega, who portrays the astute, inscrutable Wednesday Addams, has been spotted shooting sequences on the tranquil banks of the Seine. It’s the show’s signature visual style, courtesy of Tim Burton, an adored director who has influenced its personality, and actor Fred Armisen (as the eccentric Uncle Fester) who enters the show with Tim Burton.

The trio already is sparking fanfare and speculation in Paris. Some set particulars hint at a motorcycle and a sidecar or perhaps even a reprise of some old-school storylines that are in the offing, given that it’s known for something akin to “fast and furious,” action-filled, animated action in previous seasons.
(Paris was a pretty easy choice: we shoot in that city) season 3 would be likely a lot more gripping and visually beautiful story than what you get from Season one. The Wednesday series, with all of its mystery and supernatural, coming-of-age stuff, has always pushed the envelope creatively. The relocation of production to Paris also provides it with the sort of cinematic stimulation it deserves, offering up other twists to its storyline, such as taking inspiration from other cultures or characters of its own or coming and going there, though.
The city’s historic buildings, moody surrounds and timeless beauty were a natural home for the show’s dark look. Netflix has not released any specific plot in Paris so that’s a huge opportunity.
We’re already making guesses about what Wednesday’s international storylines will be, who new characters come along, and how the film will continue to follow her as her character, one with challenges not just in her personal life but beyond supernatural enigmas. Wednesday went viral since first airing, and Jenna Ortega’s performance has ignited a cultural explosion, resulting in her much-needed buzz for her performance.
Her version is something of a wild card now after casting the classic figure with success; that is why she became the most frequently referenced star that has been discussed about by all of YouTube’s popular new stars that has joined all the youngsters in recent years. With a creative powerhouse who creates a great new location in a fantastic new place in a great new scene that you'll need to experience a lot of creativity, Wednesday's future appears relatively promising. But it has another big episode as well as another killer episode in which another great filmic piece of suspenseful storyboarding and excellent cinematography and creepy narrative style.
