Charu, who has been a popular actress on Indian TV and has appeared on Mere Angne Mein, Tashan-e-Ishq, Akbar Ka Bal Birbal and so on, left Mumbai last year despite an established career in the entertainment industry. Since moving, she has focused on raising her daughter as well as working as a content creator and singing producer and is now able to do more with a bit more freedom.

Charu said in her recent vlog that she was approached about Bigg Boss 20, but after considering it, she decided not to take it up. She said that every single change in her life she has made is for her daughter. She said that she wants to work with Ziana and to work with her because she can manage her work and motherhood.

Charu is only interested in projects that can keep her close to her daughter. She stated that she is not ready to go on any assignment that will require her to live away from Ziana for long periods. The actress said that it was this mindset that made her leave Mumbai and the television industry.

Charu also spoke about her transition to singing and content creation because these professions have allowed her to work while being present in her daughter’s life. She admitted that if she could have been content to be away from Ziana for work, she would never have left Mumbai in the first place.

The actress also told us how her daughter has become the centre of her world. Charu said she wants to achieve Ziana’s dreams and is willing to work hard or take on other things to make sure her daughter has the best possible future. She also said she often does some extra work while Ziana is asleep or going to school, and is happy with what she has done.

When she thought of her life in Mumbai, Charu became emotional as she recalled raising her daughter with little support. She said she did everything on her own and was always concerned about Ziana when working hard in her profession. For all the difficulties she faced, she said she no longer wants to think about the past and just move forward with a positive attitude.

Charu says she is so happy in Bikaner, even if managing work and parenting can be really hard work. She thinks those challenges are a part of life, and the sacrifices are worth it for her daughter's welfare.

Charu Asopa’s personal life has been in the limelight in the past for a long time because of Rajeev Sen, the brother of former Miss Universe and actress Sushmita Sen. After an on-and-off relationship that had made headlines, Charu and Rajeev divorced in June 2023. The actress seems to be focused on creating a stable and fulfilling life for herself and her daughter, even if it means turning down one of television’s biggest reality shows.
