A Record-Breaking Sprint

By crossing the ₹500 crore milestone in just 16 days, Dhurandhar has become the second-fastest Hindi film to achieve this feat, trailing only the historic run of Pushpa 2: The Rule. It successfully surpassed the records of previous blockbusters like Jawan (18 days), Pathaan, and Gadar 2.

Milestone Dhurandhar (India Net)
Week 1 Total ₹207.25 Crore
Week 2 Total ₹253.25 Crore
Day 15 (3rd Fri) ₹22.50 Crore
Day 16 (3rd Sat) ₹33.50 Crore
Total (16 Days) ₹516.50 Crore

The "Dhurandhar" vs. "Avatar 3" Clash

While James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ash (Avatar 3) made a solid debut on Friday, it failed to dampen the Dhurandhar wave. On Saturday, while the Hollywood epic collected roughly ₹22.50 crore, Dhurandhar outperformed it by earning ₹33.50 crore, proving its immense mass appeal across North and Central India.

"The film is showing never-seen-before momentum for a third Saturday. Occupancy peaked at 65% for evening shows, reflecting incredible word-of-mouth," noted a senior trade analyst.

Global Footprint

The film’s success isn't limited to India. With an overseas gross of approximately ₹160 crore, the total worldwide gross of Dhurandhar has soared past ₹940 crore. Industry trackers suggest the film is firmly on track to join the elite ₹1,000 crore worldwide club by the end of its third weekend.
