The tragedy has devastated the families of the victims and only underlined the mounting threats to road safety and heavy vehicles.

According to initial reports, the dumper collided with the vehicle DJB staff and family members were travelling in.

The collision was so violent that a number of passengers were injured emergency teams and local residents rushed to the site immediately after the crash and conducted rescue operations.

All the injured passengers were admitted to nearby hospitals for medical treatment. Now, doctors are checking patients’ health status and some of them are very seriously injured, according to the reports.

The person who died in the accident could not survive even with all the medical care provided to him and the others involved, the report said.

Police officials arrived at the scene and began looking into the cause of the collision. Factors of concern are vehicle speed, road conditions, and driver error, police said. The dumper driver is also under investigation, they said.

Heavy trucks and dumpers are among the most dangerous causes of road accidents in some parts of the country because overspeeding, poor road discipline, driver fatigue, and lack of strong monitoring are some of the reasons behind this.

The Kota accident has once again raised questions about safer roads and improved traffic management systems.

Local authorities will also need to review the circumstances of the crash and take necessary measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Family members and other DJB staff were sad about the loss of life and worried about the injured.

It’s a concern that better road safety measures in areas where heavy commercial vehicles operate are needed.

Even as investigations are ongoing, officials have urged commuters to follow traffic rules and be cautious on busy roads.

The accident is a reminder to everyone that responsible driving and strong enforcement of safety laws is still the most important thing to keep the lives of people safe on the road.
