The special arrangement is in place so that thousands of people who take part in the environmental project can get there without difficulty. The tree plantation drive and walkathon will see people from all areas of Bengaluru taking part, so public transportation is important to the success of the event.

The BMRCL announced that Namma Metro lines and terminal stations will begin train transport at 4:00 AM, which is one hour earlier than the regular Saturday times. The metro services will begin at 5:00 AM on Saturdays. However, as the plantation campaign and walkathon are on the rise, there is a need for early morning support for the company.

The idea of metro operations development is to allow people to meet event venues comfortably and on time, BMRCL said. With activities going on at different places in Bengaluru, the metro networks are expected to be vital to get people up and moving without the use of cars.

BDA organises the plantation drive as part of the green cover restoration of Bangalore Development Authority to enhance the green cover of the city and to increase the level of awareness of the environment in the community. In addition to the plantation, the walkathon is to promote a healthy lifestyle, community engagement and civic involvement. Members of the community from all walks of life, professionals, environmental activists, senior citizens and students, as well as volunteers from various parts of the city, are expected to participate.

BMRCL has recommended that the public use the metro services and participate in the green initiative. Metro travel is one of Bengaluru’s safest, fastest, and most environmentally friendly modes of transportation. In metro transport, the public has less traffic congestion, parking problems and delays associated with large public events.

The metro operator also stressed the environmental benefits of public transportation. With sustainability becoming an increasingly important aspect of Bengaluru’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions and improve mobility, mass transit should be promoted in our city. With the special services, fewer private vehicles will be out there when the event takes place, and the traffic will be moved more smoothly, and pollution will be lower during the event.

Passengers are advised to plan their trips and arrive at metro stations in advance. Since trains will start running from all terminal stations at 4:00 AM, participants will be able to connect to different parts of the city and reach their destinations before the plantation and walkathon exercises start.

The creation of special early morning services is a reflection of BMRCL's commitment to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly activities in Bengaluru. As the city is investing in sustainable development and public participation in green projects, Namma Metro is now a much more crucial and eco-friendly public transportation network.

People can get involved in the special metro services, participate in the tree plantation drive and walkathon and contribute to a healthier, greener, and more sustainable Bengaluru.
