It has been the final week of Bigg Boss Kannada Season 12 a rollercoaster of emotions, nostalgia, and unexpected laughter. Although all the last six finalists of Kannada Gilli Nata, Rakshitha Shetty, Ashwini Gowda, Dhanush Gowda, Mutant Raghu, and Kavya Shaiva were in their last few days in the house, it felt much lighter. However, a "bone-chilling" turn took place for the fan-favorite entertainer Gilli Nata in the week caused by that odd wish.
A Wish That Backfired
Earlier this week, Bigg Boss asked the finalists to share a simple wish they wanted to complete before the grand finale. While others requested messages from home or special mementos, Gilli Nata had a decidedly distinct culinary craving: Nalli Moole (mutton marrow bones). He’d famously said he wanted to gobble marrow bones and go to sleep peaceably without the sound of “dogs barking” (a playful jab at the house’s usual chaotic arguments). Following through on his promise, Bigg Boss delivered a generous serving of Nalli Moole. Exuberant, Gilli Nata disregarded the admonitions of his friends and polished off the whole plate by himself.

The "Nalli" Nightmare: Health Hiccups
The pleasure of the feast was short-lived. By the next morning, the "overdose" of rich, fatty marrow took its toll on his digestive system. Gilli experienced a severe bout of diarrhea and intense heartburn. The contestant, who is often the life of the party, was physically exhausted for much of the finale week, a reminder of the ancient Kannada adage that "even nectar becomes poison when consumed in excess."
Kiccha Sudeep’s Playful Interrogation
On the Saturday episode of Vaarada Kathe Kichchana Jothe, host Kiccha Sudeep made no mistake about doing something similar when he tugged Gilli’s leg. Regarding his health, the tired Gilli Nata folded his hands in prayer and pleaded, “Sir, please, no more Nalli Moole! I’ve had enough of its presence.” The segment took a hilarious turn when Sudeep suggested delivering another 30 marrow bones to the house as a “reward.” Gilli pleaded with the host, in terrified tones, that he would rather not have a meal at all, or cook for the whole house for the rest of the week, than touch a bone again.
Cooking assignment: Last punishment?
Prior to the bone incident, Sudeep had set Gilli the responsibility of leading the cooking for the finale week. Though the rest of the housemates had reservations about Gilli’s kitchen skills early on, he tackled it enthusiastically until his stomach began grumbling.
As the curtains prepare to close on January 18, 2026, Gilli Nata's "Nalli Moole" episode is perhaps the most discussed and funny scene of the season and one of the few moments that still seems to remind fans that it is the most mundane things that resonate—even in the most high-stakes atmosphere possible with Bigg Boss.
