So much aprove that Dhurandhar 2 has taken the box office by storm, having scored Rs 450 crore in four days. And the massive success of such a movie has not just established it as one of the biggest of India but it also led to so much hype of what if we had seen Toxic instead.
There was speculation about a Dhurandhar 2 vs Toxic battle with Yash as chief protagonist at first but Toxic made public that they would wait for Dhurandhar to be released to avoid them directly colliding. People know it because Dhurandhar 2 is being roared in every market.
With Dhurandhar 2 winning at home there has been a fresh debate about when Dhurandhar 3 will be released with Toxic? There has even been a rumor that they would release it on June 14 with a banner that suggests the show is coming out on screens to make way for them.
But industry figures and people close with the production now say that the viral poster is fake and not a production announcement. No sign from the producers about release dates and even the schedule for Dhurandhar 3 exists thus far. Though there had been speculation that the franchise can continue on after the success of the second one but nothing in the public, or any official clarification is out there, on the record, yet.
Researchers conclude that the viral poster was likely employed to generate hype or confuse fans who are craving Toxic or just waiting to know if he/she would turn out to be it (flamboyantly). The point, some say, could be to promote unnecessary competition and media attention online.
Thus Toxic is still one of the most eagerly awaiting movies of the year. The film features the likes of Yash and Rukmini Vasanth and Kiara Advani, and will bring out many others. It will release on June 4 and will be available in Kannada as well as Hindi.
Fans are expecting a big thing from Toxic given the popularity and magnitude of Yash’s project. The film is going to be a great movie.
The huge success of Dhurandhar 2 deserves its own medal, and comparisons between two movies are likely inevitable. But given there are still no confirmed reports on Dhurandhar 3 clash, the clash at present is purely a speculation.
