In Ramadan 2026, Unified Digital Assignment System is Introduced in the UAE

For the purposes of its modernization effort towards education, the Ministry Of Education has placed a single digital system for student assignments during the month of Ramadan. More uniform academic assignments for students and families can be made available with easier integration and greater responsibility for a new era as well. They are also better able to utilize digital learning technology if given support during the holy month.

All student assignments from kindergarten to Grade 12 must be submitted through the Learning Management System (LMS) of government schools. All assignments are based on national curriculum standards, thus all pupils can access the information at once. Before an assignment can be placed onto the platform or sent into society, teachers have to abide by standardized rules when preparing tasks: clear titles, detailed instructions for assignments, criteria on how they should be graded, and the end date for submission, etc. Such an approach raises transparency and fairness of student assessment for each school.

That digital ecosystem is also open to the students on a variety of approved formats of the work – documents, presentations, images, and videos – as per the type of subject required. They will also have weekly assignments to assist their students in balancing work for-study hours without affecting their grades. The system is designed to address educational inequities between students on the basis of school location. This program also plays into the U.A.E.’s broader move to an educational transition and technology integration in the education process. And the program reinforces more family participation in learning during Ramadan, a period that frequently alters students’ schedules.

Along with the digital schedule, some state schools may also try to implement remote teaching on Fridays during Ramadan. This accommodation also enables students to marry academic expectations with family and religious commitments. The challenge is to set the stage, while also working hard to ensure that such a structure not only works but is flexible and supportive.

So this is the way the UAE united the digital assignment system, this is the way our country is looking at intelligent education solutions, student happiness and ensuring we keep the academic pathway sustainable during their time of Ramadan. The policy is anticipated to drive infrastructure in digital education and raise the educational quality that is most appropriate for today’s student demographic as well.
