Maharashtra Police has arrested Bijendra Gupta, the alleged mastermind behind the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) paper leak, from Bihar after a manhunt that lasted several months. Gupta was found to have been behind a series of examination paper leak cases and was one of the most wanted suspects in the high-profile probe by investigators.

Arrest After Months of Search
According to police officials, Bijendra Gupta had been able to escape arrest despite repeated raids at several locations across Bihar to arrest him. Another accused was also taken into custody during the same operation.
