A shocking murder case has hit home after Delhi Police recovered a young woman’s body from a suitcase in the Burari area of North Delhi after a suitcase was abandoned in the middle of its shopping district.
According to police officials, the incident came to light after authorities received a PCR call about a suitcase lying in the Ajit Vihar area of Burari. A police team was immediately sent to the place, and when officers examined the suitcase, they found a young woman’s body inside it.
The area was immediately cordoned off, and forensic experts were called to investigate the scene. Preliminary investigations suggest that the woman may have been murdered elsewhere before her body was packed into the suitcase and dumped in Burari in an apparent attempt to cover up the crime.
