The biggest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, is going to increase the price of vehicles by up to ₹30,000 for all models in India from August. The change is needed to partially offset rising input costs and increasing operational expenses, the company said.

The buyer who plans to buy a Maruti Suzuki vehicle will have to complete their bookings ahead of the new price in August.
