Murdeshwar Temple, Bhatkal

Murdeshwar Temple, famous for its towering Lord Shiva statue, is located on the coast of the Arabian Sea and is one of the tallest anywhere on earth. With Shivaratri the temple is a place for worship practices, prayers and rituals. The pastoral sound of the ocean adds to the spiritual aspect.

Dharmasthala Manjunatha Temple
