This city’s unorganized space has opened people’s eyes to the dangers of poor behavior in celebrations and it is that much worse than it is the case in any other city; this year’s pollution and the burning of balloons is worrying Delhi residents. One young boy was seen in a car throwing water balloons at people riding bikes. The issue has caused some kids’ parents to be proud to speak up, others to say they need more action against parents and the government is to take action harder.
Witnesses said the boy attacked bikers by tossing water balloons around the window of the car. One of the balloons hit a rider and he fell off balance. “This boy just wanted to do what he did, and for that he had no concern,” the boy’s mother commented, not dismissing anyone else’s complaint and even pleased.
Great upbringings lead to bad parenting and values that children are taught. Not only is it dangerous but such behaviour not only puts other people at risk but also sends the message of disrespect and misbehavior. This happens because parents are ultimately responsible for their children as they must care about their behaviour and to be silent when somebody does that is to send the wrong message. And to look on as children do this and smile but not intervene is not a good idea for the parenting system, a bad way to teach them discipline– bad parenting and discipline problems in nature.
Cars involve throwing things along with people, and so it is a very dangerous thing. Just as minor distraction can cause accidents, injuries and worse. In dense Delhi’s jam‑laden streets, where the traffic is so bad, so can pranks that they are actually hurting others. The high‑speed escape from the accident showed that fun can quickly turn bad and dangerous too quickly so the young can be quickly killed by nothing but a lot of things in that case.
We feel that every law enforcement body must take extreme action to prevent what some would say is reckless behaviour. Enforcement of laws and holding parents accountable will prevent incidents like these in the future. Safety should come first for everybody, reckless behaviour is not right.
The incident as we noted before shows that pranks and pranks on public roads and vehicles are not just innocent fun: they are dangerous, and also harm kids with parents who don’t intervene. We should treat it with great care. Celebrations and celebration should be fun not an accident, and they should be that so should we (for those who are celebrating.) The only way to stop and stop such reckless conduct from occurring is through responsible parenting and enforcement.
